• Pull permits and schedule inspection with the local authority; we handle permitting unless you request otherwise.
• Install and commission the charger, test functionality, and leave documentation.

Yes — we handle permit applications and coordinate inspections for all work requiring permits. Permit fees are quoted separately or included in the estimate when applicable. We ensure work meets code and will provide inspection paperwork when the job is closed out.

We warranty our labor for 1 year from the completion date. Manufacturer warranties cover parts and equipment and will be passed to you where applicable. Warranty coverage does not include damage from misuse, alterations by others, or unrelated issues.

Our team arrives on time, in uniform, and with vehicle identification. We protect work areas with drop cloths, explain the work and any safety precautions, and clean up before leaving. For larger jobs we provide daily updates and a final walkthrough.

We typically require a deposit to schedule larger projects (commonly 20–30%). We accept checks, ACH, credit card (3% fee may apply), and Venmo (business). Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated on the estimate.
